Claes Janson & Christina von Bülow: Det Regnar I Min Stad (Vinyl, LP)

IT'S RAINING IN MY CITY has been created in a year-long project driven by both love and a letter. A letter that contained a wish and an invitation and that ended up connecting Christina von Bülow further to the Swedish culture, which she is fascinated and inspired by. As an alto saxophonist, Christina von Bülow has been praised for her lyrical and melodic playing throughout her 30-year career. She is inspired by Stan Getz and Lee Konitz, of course, but also by Swedish jazz. Such as Lars Gullin (brts) and Jan Allan (tp), who appeared on Christina's debut album in 1994.
